Our Garden Flex™ hose is intended for normal household use. It is designed and manufactured to give you years of service.

Two-year Warranty:

• This hose is fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the time period shown on the form label. If any defect should occur in normal use, please return the hose with its warranty label to the store you purchased it.

Here are a few tips that will help you maintain the initial quality of the hose:

• When your hose is not in use, make sure that you do not leave it pressurized.
• Never drag your hose over rough surfaces, as this will cause scruffs and abrasions on the outer jacket of the hose.
• When not in use, please store the hose away from the sunlight, as it may shorten its utility life.
• Remove nozzles and/or sprinkle heads when you are done, as water trapped inside the hose may cause the nylon to stretch and expand.
• Do not drink from this hose. The inside of the hose is dark, damp and warm, which are conditions that may cause bacteria to form.
